I am now raising my second potbellied pig. My first (Charlotte) weighed about 300 pounds. Admitedly we didn't know as much about feeding. But she didn't want to live outside and I wouldn't have made her. When she became so ill that she was sick all of the time we had to put her to sleep. Now we have Sassy and she will also be a house pig. She can spend all of the time outside as she wants. But she will sleep inside at night. Some cats and dogs are inside animals, no matter how big they get. You just gotta love them...big or small.
