Do you or anyone else know of a good book on potbellied pig behavior and training? And, if we decided a pig is a good friend for us, I'd be interested in rescuing a deserted pig from a shelter. Is there a lot of "luggage" that can come with a shelter pig (I know of people who have found this to be true of dogs adopted from shelters)? Behavioral problems I mean. I realize that bad habits are likely to be part of the package, and that's to be expected, I know. I was just wondering if someone could fill me in on what to expect and how to deal with seriously bad habits. Again, any good literature |
