i had a few pigs with lice before.. you see them running on the pigs skin. To treat lice you can use a HUGH bottle of Garlic. (not garlic salt) and add some water to make a paste and rub it all over the pig, especially behind the ears and underarms. The lice on my pigs was gone in one day! And never came back! The pigs didn't seem to mind the smell but if your pig is inside you might have a small problem with the strong stench of garlic!
