We have two pigs and they are mainly indoor pigs -- and they are great. I think its more a matter of people being responsible and sticking with things (i.e., commitment). Many people these days start things and when they aren't "picture perfect" those people want to get out and dump what it is that they don't particularly like any more -- whether its pigs, dogs, cats or spouses!
