I couldn't agree more. And I think people thinking of adopting these pets need to hear from actual pot-bellied pig owners and not the breeders who will say anything you want to hear to make their sale. If people are made aware of how these animals differ from other domestic animals, I think it would leave only the serious adopters and eliminate those who will end up "tossing out" their pig at the first difficulty they encounter.
