21. My pig has a skin problem on her back.  What do I do?

My pot belly has a dark stripe that goes down her dorsal area from the back of her head to right behind her shoulders. It scrubs off when we bathe her, but is pink new skin underneath. It weeps lightly after her bath until it darkens again in a couple of hours. Her skin is also very dry and flaky. There is no hair loss, so I don't think it's mange. Any suggestions?
