Commentsfirst of all, PLEASE adopt. 2nd of all, please do your homework. there are a bajillion little pigs out there in sanctuaries that need homes because of nasty backyard breeders looking to make a quick buck that misinform potential owners about a potbellied pig's size and behavioral traits. many people dump their poor little pigs because they get too big and/or they don't understand the pig's behavior. there are lots of informative sites on the net about pigs and sanctuaries. many are linked. here are a few...www.mini-pigs.org, www.nappa.com (north american pot bellied pig association), pigshomenrome.com and so on. it is possible to rescue a baby, but please remember that for the length of time you are going to have your pig, it will only be a baby for a small fraction of that time. |
