19. found baby pig, need help

we found a little pig abandoned. she weighs approx 20lbs.she is spayed. i bought pig pellets, she wont eat them, so i gave her some puppy chow that she loves. i have been giving this for approx. 3-4 days. i also give her grapes, apricots, cherios, raisins ect. i just read that dog food is harmful, will she be ok? i have stopped giving it to her now, but did i hurt her? also any info you can give me about her care will be greatly appreciated.
