this is rooting, and it does not matter if the pig is spayed/nuetered or not. it is a natural piggy thing. you might try lightly tapping piggys nose with a firm no! or a light shove on the shoulder with a firm no! just to get her to let you alone, but make sure she gets to do some rooting somewhere else, outside, or make your own rooting box where she can search for treats or a big blanket in a corner where she can root. hope this helps.
