You need to find a different vet! Any vet that would put your pet through that awful experience is not the vet you want treating your animal. Find a compassionate vet and let others know about the bad treatment that your vet gave your pet. There is no reason to put the animal through that - it is inhumane. Be sure when you have it done next time they put him out and trim his hooves and clean out his ears all at the same time.
