Sounds like you're halfway there! The fact that your baby does her business outside is good. Be sure to praise her when she goes outside and does her business.

As for her pottying inside, is she going in the same place? If so, she probably smells where she went before on the rug. Sponge some white vinegar onto the affected area to try and get rid of the smell. When she potties inside, tell her "NO" or "BAD PIG" very firmly and make her go back outside. Don't hit or smack her - use your voice instead. She'll eventually realize that this is unacceptable behavior.
