Sounds like your potbellied pig needs to learn the pecking order of the family. Pigs live in a hierchy and constantly challenge the pecking order. She needs to know that biting and charging is unacceptable behaviour. Your husband and daughter will have to teach your potbellied pig that they are dominant over her. They will have to teach the potbellied pig this lesson not you as when you are not around, the potbellied pig will continue to misbehave. They need to be assertive, snaps on the nose are effective, knees to the shoulder to push her/he back into a submissive position are necessary. I know this is scary because your potbellied pig at 3 is probably big now, but it is necessary. The quicker dealt with, the better. Good luck.
