"Socks" just had 7 babies 3 days ago. We rescued her pregnant so I am new to this. Can anyone help answer the following ????'s 1. When do I start trimming hoves? how far back do i trim and with what tools? 2. I was told I need to stip their sharp baby teeth. Is this true and if so at what age. 3. How old before they can be "fixed"? 4. What vaccinations do I give and at what ages? I had one vet tell me "These kind of pigs don't need vaccinated"! Thanks for the help! :)

Our potbellied pig Daisy is 3 years old. She was spayed 1 1/2 years ago. She continually corners, bites, or charges my husband and my children but not me. She has bitten my husband on the leg just for letting her out the back door. Her behavior is unpredictable. One minute she's sweet, the next minute she has my daughter cornered in the kitchen. When she misbehaves, she is put into the back yard. She only responds to ME. I am determined to make her a good pet. How can we turn her into an enjoyable house piggy?
